Abel Navar - Personal Trainer

About Abel

 Abel is a strength and conditioning coach with additional specializations in mobility, post rehabilitation training, senior fitness, nutritional coaching, running efficiencies and race programming. Abel is a lifelong fitness enthusiast and former collegiate Track and Field athlete who still competes as a Master’s Track and Field athlete. With a background in Corporate America working in Banking and Finance, Abel understands your day to day grind and is able to help you prioritize becoming stronger and moving better. Abel transitioned to the fitness industry almost a decade ago and has worked with a wide range of people from teenage athletes to those who are 90 years young. If you’re looking to get stronger, move better, and bring out your inner athlete, then reach out to Abel.
