All of our trainers are independent professionals—they run their own businesses, bring their own certifications, styles, and strengths to the table.   • Specialized Expertise: Because our trainers come from different backgrounds, you have options—strength & hypertrophy coaches, corrective exercise experts, agility and performance trainers, mobility/stretching specialists, and more.
  • Personal Attention: Independent trainers tend to focus deeply on individual clients. You’ll get a trainer who listens, adjusts plans to your strengths & limitations, and helps you develop long-term consistency.
  • Flexible Styles & Personalities: Every one of us has a unique way of coaching—some are upbeat and high‐energy, others more calm and methodical. You get to pick someone who motivates you.
  • Accountability + Support: It’s your trainer’s business too. Their success depends on helping you meet your goals. That means you get a partner who’s invested in your progress.

What You’ll Get

When you sign up for personal training, here’s what we’ll tailor for you:

  • One‑on‑One Sessions — total focus on your body, your form, your goals.
  • Partnered or Small Group Options — if you want to train with someone close to your level or share the experience.
  • Goal & Movement Assessment — we’ll start with where you are: strength, mobility, fitness history, injuries or limitations, and what you want to achieve.
  • Custom Programming — workouts built for you: whether that’s fat loss, muscle gain, mobility, sports performance, or just moving without pain.
  • Ongoing Feedback & Adjustments — because your needs will change as you improve. Training isn’t static, and we aren’t either.

Getting Started

  2. Book a free intro or consult – Let’s chat about your history, your goals, and which trainer might be the best fit.
  3. Set your schedule – We offer 30‑minute and 60‑minute sessions (and partner or small‑group options when available). We’ll work with your time, frequency, and what feels sustainable for you.
  4. Begin training & adjust – Your program will evolve based on feedback, how your body responds, and changing goals.
