Welcome to Mills 50 Fitness, Orlando’s go to space where your fitness goals become reality.


We’re not a big chain — we’re a small, passionate studio built by trainers, for people who want real results with personal attention. Our friendly team of independent personal trainers brings together diverse styles, backgrounds, and certifications, so whether you're just starting out or you’ve been training for years, we have someone who gets you.


At Mills 50 Fitness, you’ll find:

  • A mix of services: 1‑on‑1 personal training, group fitness classes (from beginner to advanced), and even deep‑tissue/muscle relief massage.
