Trav has been a personal trainer since 2011, getting his start in New York City. He specializes in strength training, weight loss, and performance, working with clients through both one-on-one and group training to build programs that are challenging, sustainable, and tailored to real life.
His approach is deeply personal. After a serious car accident that sent him through a windshield, he used his recovery as a turning point, ultimately losing 70 pounds and discovering what he was truly capable of. That experience shaped how he coaches, giving him a genuine understanding of training around injuries, setbacks, and the mental side of making a lasting change.
From there, Trav kept pushing, competing in powerlifting while also taking on half marathons and obstacle course races. He brings that same drive to every client he works with. Whether the goal is to get stronger, lose weight, compete, or simply feel healthy and capable for the people who matter most, Trav meets people where they are and builds them into who they want to be.
