Build real, measurable strength with our strength training class at Mills 50 Fitness. Each workout is intentionally designed around proven compound lifts such as barbell squats, deadlifts, bench presses, and other foundational movements that drive muscle growth and performance.
Our weekly programming rotates muscle groups, allowing you to recover properly while developing full-body strength. Attend all three weekly classes to maximize results and create a balanced training routine.
Strength training is more effective — and more motivating — when you train alongside others. Our group strength classes create an energetic, supportive environment where members push, encourage, and grow together.
Every class is led by a certified personal trainer to ensure proper form. You won’t be left guessing about technique, weight selection, or movement quality.

Nate began his career in wellness as a senior aerobics instructor and a competitive swimmer at Alma college. After he earned his B.S. in Exercise and Health Science, Nate joined the Troy Michigan Life Time Fitness personal training team. At Life Time Nate excelled in a number of positions including: the Assistant Personal Training Department Head, Metabolic Specialist, and Life Time Run Coordinator. He moved to Orlando Florida in 2013 to start his new independent business, Trainer Nate LLC. Over the last ten years Trainer Nate has served the Orlando area as an independent personal trainer and is now the owner of Mills 50 Fitness at 1005 Virginia Drive.
