A personal trainer lead full body 50-60min group workout at Mills 50 Fitness. The first 10min of class is a dynamic warm up followed by a full body functional circuit. It is a challenging program that can be modified to meet your needs. This is an excellent place to start if you are new to fitness.
Workout Level: Beginner - Intermediate
A personal trainer lead full body 50-60min group workout at Mills 50 Fitness. The first 5min of class is a dynamic warm up followed by an advanced strength training slit. You can expect barbell squats, deadlifts, bench presses and much more. This program is sequential and the muscle groups are broken up throughout the week. One week of classes (3) will result in a full body workout.

Nate began his career in wellness as a senior aerobics instructor and a competitive swimmer at Alma college. After he earned his B.S. in Exercise and Health Science, Nate joined the Troy Michigan Life Time Fitness personal training team. At Life Time Nate excelled in a number of positions including: the Assistant Personal Training Department Head, Metabolic Specialist, and Life Time Run Coordinator. He moved to Orlando Florida in 2013 to start his new independent business, Trainer Nate LLC. Over the last ten years Trainer Nate has served the Orlando area as an independent personal trainer and is now the owner of Mills 50 Fitness at 1005 Virginia Drive.
